Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Add peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, egg & vanilla until well blended. Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls & roll into remaining sugar. Place on cookie sheet, flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
  2. These would be easy to make egg free just use any egg substuite.
