Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork.
  3. Bake at 325F for 15 minutes.
  4. *Note: These seem as if they are not done when you take them out of the oven. Cookies will harden slightly as they cool.
