  1. Preheat overn for 350 degrees.
  2. In a small/medium size bowl combine flour and baking soda and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, add butter, then sugars, and blend together with an electric mixer. add eggs and blend again. then slowly add the flour/baking soda mixture. once batter is creamy, fold in chocolate chips.
  4. I like to use parchment paper on my non-stick baking sheets so they don't get messed up. you should be able to fit about 12 cookies on eat sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes. Cool on a napkin, or wire racks.
