Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put half of each bag of fruit together in a freezer bag for next time.
  2. Put remaining fruit in refrigerator to thaw a few hours if desired.
  3. Preheat oven to 400.
  4. Place butter in 7x11 inch glass baking dish and melt in microwave (about 2 minutes at 50% power.
  5. Tilt dish to coat entire bottom and as much of the sides as possible with the melted butter.
  6. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and milk in medium bowl.
  7. Add milk and stir until you have a fairly smooth batter.
  8. Pour batter over the melted butter in dish. Stir butter in slightly and spread evenly over bottom.
  9. Arrange peach slices evenly over batter.
  10. Arrange berry mixture over and around peaches.
  11. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes. Depending upon how fast your oven is, it may not take quite as long.
  12. Remove from oven and serve hot with vanilla ice cream on top of individual servings..
