Directions:

  1. Whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth. in another bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, yogurt, and sugar substitute.
  2. Spoon 1 tbs of pudding into each serving glass. Top with 1 tbs of cottage cheese mixture and several raspberries. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Garnish with additional raspberries.
