Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Core, peel, and cut the apples into small pieces.
  3. Peel and cut kiwi into small pieces.
  4. Hull and cut strawberries into small pieces.
  5. Mix all fruit, jam, and orange juice into a food processor or blender.
  6. Set aside in fridge.
  7. Spay a cookie sheet with Pam.
  8. Cut tortillas into triangular chips and arrange on pan in a single layer.
  9. Spay tortillas with Pam and sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar.
  10. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
  11. Serve tortillas with the chilled fruit salsa.
