Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Gently mash strawberries to get juices flowing.
  2. Heat oven to 350° and grease two 9x5 loaf pans.
  3. Beat eggs, oil, sugar (brown and white), cinnamon, vanilla, in large bowl.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Blend well.
  5. Fold in strawberries gently.
  6. Add honey/nuts if desired.
  7. Pour into prepared pans - tap pans on counter or flat surface to remove air bubbles.
  8. Bake 55-60mins.
