Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine strawberry puree, eggs, and oil.
  2. Blend in sugar, cinnamon and baking soda.
  3. Add flour.
  4. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans.
  5. Bake ~45-50 minutes at 350F (longer in glass pans)
  6. Cool completely before removing from pans.
  7. Serve with cream cheese frosting if you'd like.
