Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Crust: Melt butter in saucepan over meduim heat. Stir in crumbs and sugar. Pack into ungreased 10-inch round springform pan or use a 9-inch square pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour on top of the crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees for another 25 minutes until the top is lightly golden.
  3. Cool for one hour.
