Bermuda Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon until browned, drain, crumble and set aside
  2. Prepare the dressing in a blender by combining the onion, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, pepper, celery seed and mustard
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped hard boiled eggs, bacon, spinach, croutons and mushrooms
  5. Toss to mix
  6. Pour enough dressing over salad to lightly coat
  7. Toss and serve
