Ingredients:

  • 7-9 cocktail sausages cut to look like crab, squid , octopus
  • 1/2 cup rice in 1 cup water in a rice cooker cooking
  • 1 large egg
  • dash of sugar
  • 1 small pickle slice
  • about 1 cup bread crumbs. (any kind will work.)
  • enough grapes to fill the small area on the side.

Directions:

  1. Cook the rice in the rice cooker.
  2. In a frying pan spray pam until well coated. Place the sausages in it and cook until brown and the edges start to curl. Place on paper towel to drain off excess grease.
  3. Take the grapes and wash them then dry them. Put them in the bento.
  4. Take a egg and put it in the same pan you used the sausages for. Scramble it. After making two riceballs if any excess rice is left over add that. Then add the dash of sugar and cap full of soy sauce. Mix well then add leftover bread crumbs. Cook down until it turns brown from the soy sauce.
  5. When making the Riceballs put a pickle in one of them. The other put salt on. Cook bread crumbs down in a little butter until browned. Roll Riceballs in it until coated.
  6. Your done. :) Arrange everything in the bento hen cooled and be on your way.
