Ingredients:

  • bag of salad
  • 1/2 cup white short grain rice.(has to be this specific rice to mold.)
  • 2 slices of deli turkey
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 pieces of whole wheat bread
  • 1 cookie cutter of any shape
  • 2 compartment bento box

Directions:

  1. Rice Step 1: Take the rice and rinse it in cold water and drain the water off until it comes almost clear. Put the rice into a rice cooker and add 1 Cup of water too it. This should cover the rice completely. If it doesn't add a bit more water but not to much. Close the rice cooker and click the white rice button and let it cook.
  2. Take out the bag of salad you got and cover the bottom area of your bento box with it.
  3. Wash four cherry tomatoes. Add two of those directly onto the lettuce. The other two cut the tops off carefully and scoop out the center of it the best you can. Take small pieces of american cheese and stuff down into the tomatoes. Place with the other tomatoes on top of the salad.
  4. Take the raspberries and blackberries and wash them carefully, If using frozen, thaw and then place in bento dessert area.
  5. Take cookie cutter and cut turkey, cheese, and bread to make shape.
  6. Add rice balls after creating them.
  7. I will have a rice ball recipe up soon. It will show you all the steps to making rice balls.
