Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  1. Combine water and larger.
  2. Add salt and mix briefly.
  3. Add flour gradually until batter coats your finger without dripping off, but is still thin enough to see your finger through.
