Beer and Orange Marinated Tuna Steaks

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the tuna in a medium size bowl or in a gallon size ziplock bag.
  2. Marinade your tuna right in the ziplock bag, or pour over tuna in a marinader or bowl or pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes turning occasionally.
  3. Prepare grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat. Lightly oil grill.
  4. Remove tuna from marinade and discard the rest. Grill tuna 3 minutes per side or until nicely marked and pink in the center.
  5. ENJOY!
