Ingredients:

  1. Heat 1 tbs olive oil in a big frying pan and stir fry the beef with the spices for 4 min.
  2. Add onion, garlic and tomatoes and cook 6 min more.
  3. Add beans and 300 gr tomato sauce and stir / cook 15 min more.
  4. In another frying pan heat 1 tbs olive oil and put 1 tortilla in bake till browned on one side, sprinkle with a little paprika and turn on the othert side, bake tiil browned, repeat with other 3 tortillas.
  5. Cut tortillas in triangles.
  6. Add coliander and lemon juice to the meat bean mix and mix well.
  7. Serve with fresh tomato sauce, cream, guacamole and the tortillas.
