  1. Brown stew beef
  2. In crock pot, add potatoes, carrots, onion, celery and garlic. Add meat on top, last.
  3. Pour in broths and add enough water to cover.
  4. Cook in crock pot for 6-8 hours on high.
  5. Add milk and flour to thicken at end.
