Ingredients:

  • 10 lb rump roast
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup flour to dredge
  • 1 1/5 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Season your meat with garlic salt and pepper, dredge in flour and brown in oil on all sides until lightly seared on all sides.
  2. Place roast in oven at 200 for 4 to 5 hours.
