Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef, drain.
  2. Add next 6 ingredients, mix well.
  3. Put 1/3 cup filling down middle of each tortilla.
  4. Wrap, place seam side down in 13x9 baking pan.
  5. For Sauce: Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  6. Saute onion and green pepper in hot oil until tender.
  7. Add next 4 ingredients, mix well.
  8. Pour over tortillas.
  9. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 7 more minutes.
