Ingredients:

  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 (28 oz) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (19 oz) can romano beans
  • 1 (19 oz) can kidney beans
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 3 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Fully cook the ground beef in a frying pan.
  2. Chop the onions and garlic together in a food processor.
  3. Pour 1 tbsp olive oil into the crock pot.
  4. Transfer beef and onion/garlic mixture into the crockpot.
  5. Add tomatoes, beans and water.
  6. Stir.
  7. Add seasonings.
  8. Cook on low in the crockpot 6-8 hours.
