Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 lbs beef chuck
  • 2 tbsp shoyu
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Boil beef until tender, set aside stock
  2. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil
  3. Add beef and cooked until brown
  4. Add tomato sauce
  5. Simmer until sauce is reduced
