Ingredients:

  • 12 oz beef roast
  • 2 oz cheese

Directions:

  1. Use leftover beef (any leftover meat)
  2. Heat with tomato sauce and package of taco seasoning.
  3. Roll in shells, sprinkle w/cheese
  4. Bake at 350 for 20-30 mins.
