Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak the Beans overnight
  2. Drain and Rinse
  3. In a large crock pot, put all of the ingredients into the crock pot
  4. Cook for 3 hours
  5. Take 2 cups of soup out of crock pot, puree in your blender and add back (thickens the soup)
  6. Cook longer, if needed, for the consistency you want... remember it's soup. :)
  7. Serve with homemade Sourdough bread... ;)
  8. Enjoy!!
