Directions:

  1. Toss together pasta and next 10 ingredients. Add more dressing as desired. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
  2. Pasta Salad Dressing:
  3. /4 cup balsamic vinegar
  4. /4 cup vegetable oil
  5. /4 cup olive oil
  6. Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  7. Green onion, thinly sliced
  8. Garlic clove, minced
  9. Tsp lemon juice
  10. /2 tsp dried basil
  11. /2 tsp dried tarragon
  12. /4 tsp salt
  13. Whisk all ingredients til blended. Serve any extra dressing over salad greens. Yield: 1 cup
