BBQ Crock Pot Beef

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 (40 g) envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:

  1. Cut or trim beef if needed.
  2. Place all ingredients in crock pot.
  3. Stir to combine. Cover.
  4. Turn on HIGH for 4-5 hours LOW for 6-8 hours.
  5. Taste great served on rice or egg noodles.
