Ingredients:

  • 2 small pickles
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp capers

Directions:

  1. Cut knockwurst into small cubes.
  2. Mince pickles and onion.
  3. Mix vinegar, mustard and oil then add salt, pepper, paprika and sugar.
  4. Adjust seasonings if desired.
  5. Add capers and mix well.
  6. Stir in knockwurst, pickles and onions.
  7. Just before serving garnish with chopped parsley.
