Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lay fish in one layer in oven-proof dish.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over fish, and let stand 30 minutes.
  3. Turn and marinate 15 minutes longer.
  4. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 25 minutes or until fish is firm to the touch.
  5. OR Freeze fish with marinade in zip-lock bag.
  6. Thaw and bake as above.
