Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon , zest of
  • 2 cups packed basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, combine zest, basil, garlic and salt and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Slowly add oil and process until smooth.
