Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced shallots
  • 2 cups 2-inch- cut trimmed green beans
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp thinly sliced basil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add shallots; sauté 2 minutes. Add green beans and water. Cover and cook 4 minutes. Stir in basil, salt, and pepper.
