Basil and Ham Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the garlic, salt, pepper, and basil and set aside.
  3. Place the chicken between sheets of plastic film and pound to 1/4 inch thickness with the flat end of a meat tenderizer hammer.
  4. Rub the basil mixture into each chicken breast and top each one with a slice of deli ham.
  5. Roll the chicken breasts up, starting with the longest side.
  6. Place the chicken rolls seam side down in a baking dish and drizzle with the lemon juice.
  7. Sprinkle the paprika over the top.
  8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes then slice each chicken roll into four equal size pieces and serve.
