Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 package dry yeast (2 1/2 tsp)
  • 3/4 cup very warm water (120o to 130o)

Directions:

  1. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a food processor, and process for 1 minute or until well-blended. Spoon mixture into a medium bowl; cover and chill sponge for 2 to 24 hours.
