Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp skim milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp butter

Directions:

  1. Place egg, milk and salt in a bowl. Beat with a fork until the white and the yolk are mixed.
  2. Melt butter in the pan, making sure it covers the whole bottom of the pan. When it has started bubbling pour in the egg mixture. Tilt the pan and lift up the edge of the omelet as it sets so the uncooked mixture can run underneath. As soon as there is no more runny mixture, put your filling of choice in the middle, then flip half the omelet over the other half.
  3. Tip cooked omelet onto a plate and serve straight away.
