Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine the oil and the brown sugar and the eggs.
  4. Beat till smooth.
  5. Add mashed bananas, and the prune puree or apple sauce.
  6. Now mix in the flour mixture.
  7. Add the Dates or nuts.
  8. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 bread pan.
  9. Pour in the batter.
  10. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or till done.
  11. Cool until lukewarm, then wrap in plastic wrap tightly and put in the refrigerator.
  12. Chill over night.
  13. Enjoy the next morning.
  14. Make sure the bread is tightly wrapped.
