Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet or dutch oven combine the ground beef, onion, green pepper, celery, & garlic. Cook over medium heat stirring frequently to break up the meat until it is thoroughly cooked.
  2. Add ketchup, water, mustard, vinegar,& brown sugar to the ground beef mixture & stir until combined.
  3. Simmer 30 minutes covered stirring occasionally. Serve on hamburger buns.
