Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 oz) package jell-o salad gelatin or 1 (3 oz) package lime jell-o gelatin
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 dash pepper
  • onion juice or worcestershire sauce or tabasco sauce or prepared horseradish (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese , soften

Directions:

  1. Dissolve Jell-O Gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into individual molds or 1-quart mold.
  4. Chill until firm.
  5. Unmold on crisp greens.
  6. Makes about 2 1/2 cups or 5 side salads or 6 to 8 servings.
