Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes , without seeds or skins
  • 1/4 cup pitless black olives (halved) (optional)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 3/4 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. To Increase Spice Heat to Medium Change the following items to; 8 Roasted Jalapena Peppers seeded& chopped.
  2. 2 medium size onion.
  3. 3 tblsp Chili Powder.
  4. 3 tblsp Sugar.
  5. 4 1/2 tblsp Black Pepper.
  6. To Increase Spice Heat to Hot Change the following items to; 12 Roasted Jalapena Peppers seeded& chopped.
  7. 3 medium size onion.
  8. 4 1/2 tblsp Chili Powder.
  9. 4 1/2 tblsp Sugar.
  10. 4 1/2 tblsp Black Pepper.
  11. In a twelve or thirteen inch iron skillet combine all ingredients.
  12. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
  13. Then simmer on low heat till it comes to desired thickness.
