Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a seperate bowl, combine your flour, baking soda and salt.
  2. Mash your bananas and set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugar.
  4. Add your eggs and nuts and mix.
  5. Stir in your bananas.
  6. Add your dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  7. Pour into greased pans.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for........
  9. Regular Loaf Pan, 45-55 minutes
  10. Shallow Mini Loaf Pan, 23 minutes
  11. Deeper Mini Loaf Pan, 28-30 minutes (I miss my old mini loaf pans)
  12. Mini Muffin Pan, 12-13 minutes
  13. *Note* If you don't use walnuts in this recipe, it tastes like something is missing.
