Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup black tea
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • whipped cream (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the whipped cream in a blender for 15 to 20 seconds, or until smooth. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
  2. VARIATION: For a Banana-Chocolate Tea Blend, add 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup to the recipe. Proceed as directed above.
