Directions:

  1. Banana Split Cake
  2. Makes 9 servings
  3. /3 cups Bisquick Original baking mix
  4. /2 cup milk
  5. Tablespoons sugar
  6. Tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
  7. Pint vanilla or chocolate ice cream
  8. Package (10 ounce) frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
  9. Medium bananas, sliced
  10. Cup frozen (thawed) whipped topping
  11. /3 cup chocolate fudge topping, heated
  12. Heat oven to 425°. Stir baking mix, milk, sugar and margarine until soft
  13. Dough forms. Drop by 9 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11
  14. Minutes or until golden brown. Split warm shortcakes. Fill and top with ice
  15. Cream, strawberries, bananas, whipped topping and fudge topping. High
  16. Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 450°. Decrease sugar to 1 Tbsp.
