Ingredients:

  • 5 cups water
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 4-5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

  1. * In a pot, sauté garlic in heated oil until a little brown.
  2. * Pour in water.
  3. * Add bananas and sugar.
  4. * Stir and simmer until bananas are softened
  5. * Serve hot
