Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray 9 x5 x3 loaf pan with cooking spray.
  3. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, using electric mixer at medium speed.
  4. Add bananas, salsa and eggs and mix well. Add flour and baking soda and mix well.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan.
  6. BAKE 1 hours or until done.
  7. Cool in pan on wire rack 15 minute.
  8. Remove from pan and cool completely on rack.
