Banana, Peach and Passionfruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 200 g low-fat sugar-free peach mango yogurt
  • 2 small bananas
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Combine the milk, yoghurt, banana and honey and passionfruit in a blender. Blend until smooth and thick.
  2. Pour into a long serving glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.
