Banana Chai Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup black tea
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. 1. Place banana in freezer overnight.
  2. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and store in refrigerator overnight.
  3. 3. Add banana to mixture and blend.
