Banana Oatmeal Applesauce Muffins

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix Bananas, milk, egg, and applesauce with a food processor or immersion blender.
  3. Add to dry ingredients, and mix until just blended.
  4. Spoon into mini muffin cups about half full.
  5. Bake 15 minutes, cool remove from pan. Makes approx 11 mini muffins.
