  • 1 banana (frozen if thicker smoothie is desired)
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients.
  2. Add ice to thicken.
  3. Enjoy!
