Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp stevia
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl.
  2. Add dry ingrients in order listed.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Spray loaf pan with vegetable spray or fill muffin cups with mixture.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350.
