Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Measure out a 1/3 cup of mixture and spread into a waffle iron.
