Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 325 degrees
  2. Cream butter, PB, & sugar together - add egg - mix until creamy - add vanilla until blended
  3. In separate bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt - stir together - slowly add dry mixture to the wet mixture - once combined, blend in banana and choc chips
  4. Refrigerate for 30 min - place dough on non-stick cookie sheet
  5. Bake 12 minutes
