Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup. butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sour cream
  • 1 cup. sugar
  • 2 cup. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup. chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Put bananas,
  2. Eggs,
  3. Butter,
  4. Sour cream,
  5. Sugar into bowl and mix well
  6. Flour,
  7. Baking soda,
  8. Baking powder
  9. Add nuts
  10. Pour into greased 9.5 x 4.5 loaf pan
  11. Bake at 350 for 55- 60 min
  12. Take out of pan and cool on side on wood cutting board or rack
  13. Butter top while still warm
  14. Slice, eat and enjoy!
