Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 cup sour milk ( can add 2 tsp lemon joice or vinegar to milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • optional: 1 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar and butter, and then add the bananas.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Pour into well greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350* for bouat 40 min. or until toothpick comes out clean.
