Directions:

  1. Mix first six ingredients into mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix apple sauce, sugar and eggs. Mix in milk and bananas. Pour into dry ingredients until moistened. Ignore lumps. Fill muffin pans 3/4 full. Bake 400F for 20-25 minutes.
